Unfortunely special ordered and items that are personalized cannot not be exchanged due to the manufactures policy. Birthday shirts are not refundable . I am very strict on my policy so please take special note on this when you order.
Again I do my best to ship your package within 3-5 days. Weather permitted and postal errors cannot be helped by myself and my staff.
