Dear Jane,

Ho! Ho! Ho! I have been watching you all year long and I have been very happy you have been a good boy this year. Mrs. Claus and I were just telling all the elves how proud we are of you. They are now in Santa’s workshop making a special gift for you.  I can’t wait for you to see it!

Rudolph will once again be leading the reindeer’s this year and they are all so busy with the reindeer practices. They are all looking so fit and filled with excitement. Dasher and Dancer told me they are so happy you are doing so well in school. Keep up the good work!

 Well I have to run. Mrs. Claus has been baking gingerbread and snowflake cookies all morning and they smell so good. If I don’t get there soon the elves will eat them all!  Ho! Ho! Ho!
